The Order Details page is the page within adidas that gives consumers knowledge and control over their order. However, there is too much information on one page, losing focus on the key focus points & not highlighting relevant information. Namely - “where is my order & when is it coming?”
Design sprint with market stakeholders to identify key pain points. Redesign focussed on these points by means of benchmarking, sketching, multiple iterations of user testing, and weekly stakeholder updates to get input and keep all informed.
